On a plane to Legaspi, I was seated next to a fifty-ish gentleman who looked like he was traveling alone. I was bored and so I asked if he is from Albay (no, he's from Camarines Sur). One question turned into many random topics that never stopped until we parted ways at Legaspi airport.
